The house is situated on a mountainous area of N. Voutzas providing amazing views to the sea. Our office was assigned to renovate the interior, exterior and courtyeard design of an existing four-storey-high single family residence.  

 

The concept takes advantage of the existing elements and elevates their quality. In all rooms the space becomes as open as possible to maximize their small plan. Details become as important as the house in its entirety.
